My 1-to-1 swimming lessons are tailored to each individual's needs, helping swimmers build confidence, skills, and enjoyment in the water.
I believe swimming is about more than learning strokes. Through patience, encouragement, and guided discovery, I help swimmers develop a deeper connection with their breath, body, and the water around them. Lessons focus on building confidence both in and under the water, while developing natural movement, water awareness, and strong swimming foundations.

As an experienced open water swimmer with over 15 years in the sport, I am passionate about helping others discover the freedom, confidence, and enjoyment that open water swimming offers.
My own journey includes completing a Channel relay swim and qualifying as an Open Water Swimming Coach, giving me a deep understanding of both the challenges and rewards of swimming in natural environments.
I offer supportive, personalised coaching for both children and adults—from first experiences in open water to building confidence, improving skills, and developing water safety awareness. My focus is on helping swimmers feel calm, capable, and connected to the water and surroundings.
